“Solein” is the name of a new protein, generated from water, electricity and CO2 collected in the air. It can be produced in any atmosphere, from the desert to the Antarctic. With it, humanity could develop food with a reduced carbon footprint. In short, this new technology would enable us to consume ever more calories while complying with the Paris Agreement.
