It documented the passing of the filmmaker’s father and the handover of Hong Kong to China before and after 1997. In the film, personal and historical events intertwined and become parallel metaphors for each other in a time of turbulent change....

- 也切合了這幾年'女性獨立'熱點… （抽離出來看，知道是'討巧' / 議題設定，但至少呈現出來的性別觀念/情感態度，還算是挺'當代'的… 而且也不會像隔壁[迴響]那樣瘋狂'掉書袋'… 編劇自然地把想表達的觀點'縫合'進了劇情裡面。）
