- 讲述基层法院工作，但是和我在基层看到的完全不同，靳东出场，还以为最少处厅干部，结果只是副科。将法官的责任，工作夸大。不过优点也很明显，新旧观点的交战，以调节为主，虽然很多理想化的东西，但是很不错。
