- A child is traumatized when his father, a stuntman, dies in an attempt to go over Niagara Falls. Later, his mother meets and marries a truck driver, and things seem to be going OK. - “我总是说着一样的事，重复同样的情绪”“我的灵魂好像卡住了”。经历过巨大创伤后的人生就是这样的。不会因为倾诉和谈话释然，不会因为爱人的陪伴变好，甚至不会被心理医生和沙盘疗法治愈。即使之后数年都被爱包围着，也仍有一部分灵魂破碎在事故现场。所以我很喜欢这个结尾。女主没有被治愈，她只是选择伴着阵痛好好活。
