- 按照港剧和台剧的方式编写的剧本，剧中全部出场人物都和各种案情有关联，相当于没有武打戏的《包青天》。非常好看，何冰和郭达演技爆炸，罗海琼和一众明星配角也都是惊喜连连。
- 节奏拖沓，但意外地有北宋小市民社会感。郭达的刁光斗简直是全剧精华。想看何冰的话剧。片尾曲满江红填得太加分，这么多年了，我还记得每个抑扬句读。
