- 四星（其中一星是给吴越老师的），吴越老师的演技真的棒！！！演出了一个真的在体制内的女强人形象，作为一个曾经在广深中间的沿海城市开发区工作过的人，我觉得电视描绘得勉勉强强，其实真正的政府工作比电视里要更详细更实际。
- 编制内的人看了觉得太真实，讲的是县委大院，但可以从身边的股级，科级干部中看见他们的影子。只是蹊跷的是，编制外的很多人认为这部片子脱离实际，脱离群众。这就是值得深思的地方了。
