- 有控訴的氛圍，卻無控訴的實體。當全劇唯一一個精神科醫生被放在劇情的對立面（至少是善意的對立）去和律師對抗，就產生了矛盾：人權律師對精神病的理解真能勝過真正的職業？精神病院的體制必然是惡之幫兇嗎？這種測寫就像精神病導演總能在正確的時間剛好講出正確的話，選擇性揚善，選擇性隱惡，全全憑空造閣，觀眾看似接受議題，實則只是接受立場而已。當然我很清楚，這就是此劇得以成功／成立的「風格」吧….....

- 虽有些浅尝辄止，但对现实的关怀值得肯定；为了增强戏剧冲突，将所有人都置于风暴的中央和相互纠葛的关系圈，不太可信。
- 作为准从业者看着最心塞的是，当我们在嘲笑台湾影视业的时候，人家已经做出来了如此社会洞察的作品，而大陆的电视剧仍然在婆媳家庭剧、脑残偶像剧和网文ip间游走，讲述着空中楼阁般虚假的故事。
