- 氛围很融洽舒服，对周围生活中的人的尊重和敬意，对动物的爱惜，对朋友的支持和理解，当然也是基于相互的尊重和关切，这个节目里面好像能够展现或者说放大出每个人内核的一些真善美的闪光点，也有看见脆弱的，失意的，倔强的，惋惜的，遗憾的东西，也许并没有那么精致，但是但是人的自洽就是这么神奇的东西，他们像生活本身，酸甜苦辣咸，但是略微比一般的生活要更快乐点，也许正是懂得自洽吧。看完节目后，慢慢体会和品味自己和友人交往的点点滴滴，会更珍惜那些美好的瞬间。有时候也会感叹“啊，我和朋友的日常也就是这样的。”快乐再出发现在在我心目中大概就是一种很有情调的东西，现在还不好形容，相信以后会有更好的答案。
