- 有控訴的氛圍，卻無控訴的實體。當全劇唯一一個精神科醫生被放在劇情的對立面（至少是善意的對立）去和律師對抗，就產生了矛盾：人權律師對精神病的理解真能勝過真正的職業？精神病院的體制必然是惡之幫兇嗎？這種測寫就像精神病導演總能在正確的時間剛好講出正確的話，選擇性揚善，選擇性隱惡，全全憑空造閣，觀眾看似接受議題，實則只是接受立場而已。當然我很清楚，這就是此劇得以成功／成立的「風格」吧…..
