- 讲述基层法院工作，但是和我在基层看到的完全不同，靳东出场，还以为最少处厅干部，结果只是副科。将法官的责任，工作夸大。不过优点也很明显，新旧观点的交战，以调节为主，虽然很多理想化的东西，但是很不错。
- 沒想到節奏還挺快。靳東果然是婦女殺手，真的偉光正。成毅原音有點出戲，台詞還要努力，西裝要胖一點才好看，身形太瘦削了。蔡文靜好像在夢遊，和其他演員完全不搭。
