- 看到有人说傅卫军为什么要偷人家摩托；沈墨为什么要去KTV那种地方弹钢琴；巧云为什么要去那里当三陪……我忍不住叹气，这些疑问实在太表面了…偷车是电视剧呈现的表相，是他与社会上的人产生纠纷的一种，但不是唯一的一种。傅卫军这种孤儿残障人士，生活在社会青年纷纷效仿古惑仔的时代，他不是揍人就是挨揍，命运早已注定；至于沈墨，即便不去KTV弹琴，她室友就不能是害她的人吗？丝毫不影响她的结局。人物的命运，跟出身和时代密不可分，人的选择有的时候“无关紧要”，所以不是简单的换个工作，换个地方，换个朋友，就可以换个活法。这部剧，我觉得讲的就是时代，家庭与人的命运。案件是整个故事的线索，很重要，但过于关注案件以及推进案件的某些情节设计，恐怕背离了编导的本意。如果要把这部剧比作某种体裁，我觉得是散文。
