- In 1971 Jiaunguo's grandparents meet for the first time thanks to a ball of red yarn. Some 20 years later, Jiaunguo and Xue as toddlers meet the same way. As they grow up, China does as well, modernizing at a rapid pace. - 依稀带有《知否》的影子，因此难免进行比较，实际看了几集，发现模仿的地方还真不少，这确实让我有点不舒服了
