- 相当可看的国产剧，虽不少细节与史实并不符，但本剧三个案件的核心全部围绕武周与李唐，层层剥茧，直抵权力与阴谋的中心，案情的构筑格局和朝堂争夺的立意都具有一定深度，因此也得以在以一桩小案件切入时，能深度挖掘出更宽广的人物谱系来，配合大小悬疑的设置，让人看得欲罢不能。氛围营造有一定惊悚度，尤其第三个案子。剧作难免有漏洞，表演也比较浮夸，但总体朴素可爱，狄公神乎其神的破案能力不让福尔摩斯，其人格魅力和为官处事之道均大有意味；元芳一角可爱。
